If you visit this page I will share some of my favorite food finds, recipes, restaurants and cooking ideas. Of course I love Mexican and Latin food and it is my comfort food of choice. But I love trying Asian food, Thai, Korean, Japanese and Chinese in that order. I also adore Indian cuisine.

Recently visited the Reggae Shack Cafe in Gainesville...WOW why did I wait soo long to visit them?!  The menu is traditional Jamaican Family food, Oxtail stew, Curry goat, Jerk chicken all served with rice and beans, fried plantains and a delicious saute of cabbage and carrots.  The folks who take your order, prepare the food and deliver it with a smile to your table were kind and generous.  We enjoyed the curry goat which was undoubtedly the BEST EVER! Dare I say it was better than what we had in Jamaica?  We will definitely go again SOON ---
